Would you like to enjoy the Veluwe with your dog without having to worry about whether your dog is welcome? At Het Veluwse Boshuisje in Hoenderloo, up to two dogs can stay free of charge. Our modern holiday home also has a fully fenced garden, so your dog can enjoy being outdoors too.

The forest is approximately 200 metres from the holiday home and De Hoge Veluwe National Park is just 1.5 kilometres away. A wonderful place for a holiday or weekend break with your dog on the Veluwe.

A fully fenced garden for your dog

The garden at Het Veluwse Boshuisje is approximately 55 m² and is fully enclosed by a fence around 1.30 metres high.

This means that after a long walk, you can relax under the covered terrace or on the lounge furniture while your dog enjoys being outside without being able to wander straight onto the holiday park.

Our guests with dogs regularly tell us how much they appreciate the fenced garden. Guests with more anxious dogs have also told us how reassuring it was to see their dog quickly feel at ease in the garden.

Bring up to two dogs to the Veluwe

There’s no need to leave your dog at home. Up to two dogs are welcome and can stay free of charge.

We don’t charge an additional fee per dog. We do ask our guests not to allow dogs on the beds or furniture.

The holiday home accommodates up to four people, making it ideal for couples, families and dog owners who want to explore the Veluwe together.

Walk straight into the forest from the holiday home

You don’t need to get in the car before going for a walk. The forest is approximately 200 metres from Het Veluwse Boshuisje.

Hoenderloo is also a wonderful base for walks and days out on the Veluwe. De Hoge Veluwe National Park is approximately 1.5 kilometres away, and the surrounding area offers plenty of nature, forests and walking opportunities.

After an active day, you can return to the comfort of your own holiday home while your dog enjoys some more time outside in the fenced garden.

Staying with your dog doesn’t mean compromising on comfort. Het Veluwse Boshuisje is a modern detached chalet for up to four people.

Facilities include:

Het Veluwse Boshuisje is located at ’t Veluws Hof holiday park in Hoenderloo. During the season, the park offers various facilities, including a heated outdoor swimming pool, children’s pool, restaurant, snack bar, supermarket, mini golf and sports facilities.

At the same time, you can be surrounded by nature within just a few minutes of leaving the park. This gives you the convenience of a holiday park combined with the forests and natural surroundings that make the Veluwe so popular.
